BLOGGERS. If you are a dedicated part of a Blogging community surf around looking for people promoting TheVideoSense and report their Blogs as Spam. At the very bottom of this page you will find a link to get their Blogs on Blogger removed. This will most likely also cancel their AdSense account. On wordpress it is even easier to do. Just contact support.
MOVIEMAKERS. Since TheVideoSense (and various other companies) really rely on your embed code it is easy to frustrate the rippers a bit. Already they have tens of thousands of your videos linked in their pages to make money. You can just stop allowing others to use your embed code for a while. Use this on your videos you have spent most time on. That way people will have to go to your upload service to watch it and their pages will be swamped with pages that say .. cannot display this video or something.
